Do the displays need a connection to Wi-Fi?+
No. We set up our own 4G network, so the displays do not rely on your internet or IT infrastructure.
Are the displays wireless?+
Yes — the displays are fully wireless so you can place them exactly where you need them, and move them whenever the service line changes.
How long is the battery life?+
The displays have 5–10 years of battery life based on two updates per day.
How can we clean the displays?+
The displays are IP68-rated, so they are easy to wipe down and keep sanitised in any food environment — including freezer storage.
